2008 SUMMER CAMP

This summer the Digital Discovery Center and Pembroke Kids are partnering with TrueNorth Cultural Center of Avon Lake. We will be offering three 2 week camps at our current location in Avon Lake on Rt. 83/Avon Belden Road. Each camp will run for 2 weeks from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. The concluding Friday of each camp will take place at French Creek Nature Center in Sheffield Village, and continue through 2:00 p.m., with parents arriving at 12 noon for a bag luncheon and a time of Show and Tell class presentations with their children.

June 16 – 27         A Pirate’s Life for Me! June 30 – July 11  The Circus! July 14 – 25          Blast Off!

Students, grade 4-6 will be creating digital media with the added help of a TrueNorth Fine Art Instructor.

Younger Children, age 3 through entering 3rd grade, will be teamed up with one our teachers, plus four TrueNorth Cultural Arts Instructors (Dance, Drama, Music and Visual Arts).
